Louis Vuitton Watches Merchandising Assistant Intern (6 months, Paris). Support commercial planning and activation strategies in a hybrid role.
Role & Responsibilities
- Maintain and ensure accuracy of the merchandising dashboard and business monitoring databases; assist in building ad-hoc analyses and reports
- Track zones' various activations (dates, formats, targets) and facilitate monthly calls with zones, preparing agendas and meeting notes
- Update and manage zone SharePoint with product assets and information; contribute to product newsletter creation and coordinate with Marketing and Learning teams for training-oriented content
- Oversee prototype loans, track exhibition sets, manage product kit rotation, and coordinate tools and props shipments for events
- Assist in building assortments and zoning for events; update retail-facing event tools
- Support the creation of briefs for new projects and assist in formalizing guidelines and processes for the department
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office with strong Excel skills; competency in PowerPoint and Power BI
- Fluent in written and spoken English; French language skills preferred
- Experience with merchandising tools preferred
- Strong organizational and detail-oriented mindset
- Knowledge of the watch industry and its trends preferred

Entry-level or no prior professional experience required; openness to learning in a dynamic luxury goods environment preferred
Education
Currently enrolled in or recently completed studies in business, merchandising, supply chain, retail, or related discipline
