Role & Responsibilities
- Act as a liaison between Retail EMEA teams and Global Headquarters to ensure consistent product prioritisation and information flow.
- Produce weekly sales reporting and analyse product and store performance to inform merchandising decisions.
- Support buying sessions by synthesising historical collection performance and regional market needs to contribute to purchasing strategies.
- Communicate product priorities and updates to the eight EMEA regional merchandising teams via newsletters, weekly updates and bi‑monthly calls.
- Provide daily operational support to regional merchandising teams, including preparation of launch materials and training tools for new collections.
- Contribute on‑site and remote event support: develop product offers, client materials and training assets used during regional and in‑store activations.
- Collect and relay product feedback from regions to Central Merchandising for continuous improvement and lifecycle management.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in a Bac+4/Bac+5 or equivalent Master's programme in business, fashion or a related discipline.
- Advanced proficiency in Excel and confident use of Microsoft Office applications.
- Strong analytical capabilities with proven ability to synthesise sales and assortment data.
- Excellent organisational skills, autonomy in task management and the ability to prioritise in a fast‑paced environment.
- High interpersonal skills and collaborative team spirit; comfortable liaising with cross‑functional and regional stakeholders.
- Deep product sensitivity and genuine interest in luxury fashion, particularly high‑end women's leather goods.
- Fluent in French and English. Prior experience or internship in merchandising or retail is an advantage.
