Louis Vuitton Merchandising & Client Development Intern role in Singapore—support luxury retail operations, events, and client engagement (July–December 2026).

Role & Responsibilities

  • Support daily business operations across product categories, preparing reports and monitoring sales performance metrics
  • Analyze sales data using Excel, NEMO, and Power BI to identify trends, risks, and commercial opportunities
  • Collaborate with stores to drive sales targets and optimize inventory distribution in partnership with Supply Chain teams
  • Provide qualitative feedback on new product launches and in-store performance
  • Assist in market analysis and development of localized product strategies for Singapore and Malaysia
  • Act as liaison between local retail locations and regional teams to ensure alignment on business priorities
  • Support merchandising initiatives including product training, visual merchandising alignment, and store openings
  • Participate in retail activations including styling sessions, trunk shows, and VIP client events
  • Plan and coordinate client events, managing vendor sourcing, logistics, and on-site operations
  • Prepare event documentation, reports, and post-event analysis to drive continuous improvement
  • Coordinate with store and logistics teams to manage deliveries and shipments for events and activations
  • Support gift management processes including order consolidation, inventory tracking, and distribution
  • Facilitate Virtual Bridge requests to coordinate local and international client appointments and experiences
  • Contribute to client initiatives such as in-store animations, VIC events, and personalized luxury experiences
  • Maintain and update client development trackers, calendars, and performance reports at country and regional levels
  • Monitor competitor activities and communicate insights to relevant stakeholders
  • Provide administrative support including schedule management, store inquiries, and business review preparation

Qualifications

  • Pursuing or recently completed Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Commerce, or related field
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills in English
  • Excellent organizational and time management abilities
  • Detail-oriented with demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities under tight deadlines
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
  • Familiarity with data visualization tools such as Power BI
  • Available to commit from 1 July to 30 December 2026
