Louis Vuitton seeks a Merchandising Advisor in Madrid for a 12‑month traineeship supporting Mediterranean product & visual merchandising.
Role & Responsibilities
- Support Product & Visual Merchandising teams in the planning and execution of product animations, store launches and regional events across the Mediterranean network (Spain, Portugal, Morocco, Greece, Israel, Kazakhstan & Turkey).
- Maintain and update the VM product calendar, ensuring visibility of launch timelines, regional initiatives and key milestones.
- Assist Area Visual Merchandisers to guarantee product priorities are respected and deadlines are met at store level.
- Compile lookbooks, modelarios and visual support materials; liaise with supply chain to progress special store requests, restocking orders and deliveries.
- Collect store-level information and photography; consolidate reports and visual documentation for the Zone team and regional partners.
- Prepare presentations and training materials for product education of retail teams.
- Monitor and report on props, visual executions and competitor analysis; undertake additional projects as assigned by the Product Manager.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's or master's degree from a recognized Business School or university in a related field.
- Eligible to formalise a 'contrato de prácticas' under Spanish labour law (degree obtained within the last three years).
- Fluent in English and Spanish (both mandatory); French is a plus.
- Availability to work full time, Monday to Friday (40 hours/week); start date May 2026.
- Highly organised, rigorous and able to manage multiple tasks in a fast‑paced retail environment.
- Service‑oriented with excellent interpersonal and written communication skills.

Entry-level traineeship designed for recent graduates; candidate must have obtained a bachelor or master's degree within the last three years and be eligible for a Spanish 'contrato de prácticas'. Prior internships or 1–2 years of relevant retail/merchandising exposure is advantageous but not mandatory.
