Role & Responsibilities

  • Support the menswear fabrics team in creating and maintaining fabric specification sheets: technical evaluation, composition, cost and lead-time documentation.
  • Assist sourcing activities for fabrics and trims, including supplier identification and relationship maintenance.
  • Process, manage and follow up fabric purchase orders with suppliers across development phases (P1 / P2 / PF).
  • Coordinate fabric arrivals: control swatches and sample pieces, supervise cutting/sample preparation and quality checks.
  • Liaise continuously with the studio, development teams and workshop to manage material needs and deadlines.
  • Contribute to the industrialization of fabrics and support technical follow-through to production readiness.
  • Archive and catalog materials for each collection to maintain the studio material library.
  • Manage multiple deadlines, prioritise tasks effectively and escalate supply risks when necessary.
  • Contribute to graphics work for collections when relevant to skills and training.

Qualifications

  • Currently enrolled in a recognised programme in fashion design, textile engineering, luxury management or a related discipline (Bachelor or Master level).
  • Strong organisational rigor, attention to detail and intellectual curiosity.
  • Ability to manage deadlines and prioritise competing tasks in a fast-paced studio environment.
  • Professional command of English, both written and spoken.
