Role & Responsibilities

  • Develop and adapt seasonal media plans by channel, ensuring alignment with global strategy, local business needs, and brand guidelines
  • Partner with agency teams to build and refine media plans, incorporating market-specific nuance and opportunities
  • Continually optimize partner, tactic, and channel mix to maximize campaign impact according to KPIs
  • Effectively manage media budgets across multiple countries and channels in alignment with internal finance team
  • Partner with Social Media Manager to ensure alignment across all paid channels
  • Maintain strong knowledge of the print media landscape, current industry trends, and relationships with media vendors and publishers
  • Negotiate positioning packages and coordinate with agency teams in Canada, Brazil, Mexico, and Latin America/Caribbean on print media plans
  • Manage the weekly schedule in the New York Times Sunday Styles section, including confirmation of media and final approval on creative production
  • Coordinate monthly outdoor media plans for all OOH placements, including billboards and digital units
  • Oversee production, shipping, and installs for all OOH billboard creative changeouts
  • Work with digital partners to generate media plans that meet campaign objectives
  • Monitor campaigns, conduct optimizations, and report performance to achieve optimal results
  • Coordinate approvals, logistics, and production for timely campaign launches
  • Analyze post-campaign performance for future best practice
  • Coordinate with media agency on TV and Connected TV plans and buys as needed

Qualifications

  • 6–7 years of experience in media planning, buying, or campaign execution (brand or agency side)
  • Luxury goods industry experience strongly preferred
  • Demonstrated media planning and buying skills
  • Knowledge of media production processes
  • Strong budget management capabilities
  • Professional presentation skills with excellent interpersonal abilities
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills
  • Proven ability to manage multiple high-priority projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
  • Demonstrated agility and ability to pivot as needed
  • Ability to foster and maintain positive working relationships with media agencies and vendors
