Louis Vuitton Media Assistant Intern position in Paris (January 2027) – 6-month full-time internship supporting global media strategy.
Role & Responsibilities
- Assist the five-member media team in coordinating and monitoring advertising campaigns and media planning across all regional markets
- Support the management of global offline media plans spanning press, outdoor advertising, television, and cinema across 50+ countries in collaboration with Louis Vuitton offices
- Produce advertising materials and collateral with external vendors across multiple communication channels
- Conduct competitive market monitoring and analysis
- Track and manage advertising budgets across campaigns
- Process and manage supplier quotations and invoicing
- Provide administrative support and departmental operations assistance
- Develop and maintain relationships with external partners (media agencies, production agencies) and internal stakeholders
Qualifications
- Enrolled in the final year or gap year of a Business School program or equivalent university degree (Bac +4/5)
- Excellent interpersonal and team collaboration skills
- Highly conscientious, rigorous, and well-organized
- Strong adaptability and versatility across multiple project types
- Demonstrated passion for media and communications
- Fluent English proficiency in written and verbal communication
- Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint

Experience
Entry-level or no prior professional experience; internship or academic project experience in communications, media planning, or related fields is advantageous.
Education
Currently enrolled in final year of Business School or equivalent Bac +4/5 university program, or on academic gap year.
