Role & Responsibilities
- Support the Quality team within the Industrial Directorate by maintaining and improving datasets and KPIs related to material quality (leathers, canvases, textiles, metal parts, transformations).
- Design, consolidate and enhance material quality indicators across all points of the flow — suppliers, laboratories, material warehouses, workshops and client returns.
- Formalise and optimise non‑conformity management flows to ensure consistent handling and escalation across stakeholders.
- Exploit traceability data to identify suppliers and production lots, accelerate root‑cause identification and support corrective actions.
- Coordinate with material sourcing, warehouses and production ateliers to improve tools, processes and governance for non‑conformity management.
- Prepare analytical reports and dashboards using company information systems to provide real‑time visibility and support decision‑making.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in a Bac+4/Bac+5 programme (engineering, business school, university or equivalent).
- Strong analytical mindset with proven ability to work with datasets and KPIs.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office; knowledge of Power BI is recommended.
- Clear oral and written communication skills and proven ability to coordinate cross‑functional stakeholders.
- Proactive attitude and capacity to propose pragmatic improvements.
