Louis Vuitton, Meyrin: Master Data Engineer managing SAP & PLM systems for luxury timepiece manufacture. Hybrid role starting September 2026.
Role & Responsibilities
- Lead definition and implementation of enterprise data strategy aligned with long-term manufacturing objectives
- Ensure integrity, quality, and consistency of master data in SAP and associated systems, including articles, BOMs, routings, work centers, PLM Windchill, procurement information, and planning data
- Support new product development initiatives and documentation maintenance across cross-functional teams
- Establish and maintain control routines and data quality governance frameworks to ensure data sustainability
- Participate in structural transformation and integration of production entities into PLM and ERP systems
- Drive master data process improvement and optimization projects, identifying and proposing enhancement opportunities
- Deliver training and support to end users on systems tools and mass data management
- Contribute to budget evaluation through standard revaluation processes
Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of significant experience in master data management, with demonstrable expertise in the horology sector
- Advanced proficiency in SAP ERP systems
- Mastery of PLM Windchill
- Proven experience in project management and delivery
- Strong strategic thinking with ability to balance long-term vision with operational execution
- Excellent communication and pedagogical skills with ability to articulate complex data concepts
- Change management capabilities and experience guiding stakeholders through process transformation
Skills
Experience
Minimum 5 years of significant experience in master data management with expertise in the horology or high-precision manufacturing sector; proven project management experience; demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional initiatives and drive organizational change.
Education
Master's degree in Engineering, Information Systems, or related field preferred; or equivalent professional credentials demonstrating advanced technical competency in data management and ERP systems.
