Role & Responsibilities
- Train and develop proficiency in operational information systems (PLM, MRP2, ERP) and understand their integration, particularly during the SAP migration.
- Analyse data quality across technical and production datasets and lead problem-resolution initiatives (e.g., DMAIC).
- Define and create product nomenclatures/BOMs in collaboration with product development teams and the SAP project team.
- Design and implement new approaches for exploiting technical and production data; build measurement and reporting tools to monitor KPIs.
- Document new processes by writing standard operating procedures and deliver training to operational teams to ensure adoption.
Qualifications
- Enrollment in or completion of a Master’s-level program (Bac+4/5) in engineering, information systems, data management or equivalent.
- Working knowledge of information system tools and proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel essential).
- Basic programming knowledge and familiarity with BI concepts and database management (SQL) are advantageous.
- Preferably some prior exposure to change management or IT transformation projects.
- Strong analytical skills, organisation, attention to detail, autonomy and a collaborative mindset suited to a production/workshop environment.

Entry-level / beginner: suitable for candidates at the start of their professional career; prior internship or exposure to SI transformation or change management is an advantage.
Education
Master's degree (Bac+4/5) in engineering, information systems, data management or equivalent; enrolment in an approved alternance/apprenticeship program.
