Louis Vuitton in Paris seeks a Manager Supply Chain Operations – Shoes & Ready-to-Wear. On-site, full-time role leading distribution and production planning.
Role & Responsibilities
- Lead and develop a cross-functional supply chain team organised into distribution and production-sizing units, setting individual and collective objectives and ensuring continuous skills development.
- Oversee global distribution from the central warehouse to regional hubs, enforcing delivery priorities, SLAs and timely replenishment.
- Optimise logistical flows and reduce lead times through process improvements and close liaison with logistics partners.
- Manage inventory control and stock governance to safeguard availability while minimising excess.
- Supervise production sizing and capacity planning based on sales forecasts and inventory levels; arbitrate priorities with manufacturing sites.
- Monitor production progress with suppliers and internal factories, ensuring visibility of deliveries for product launches and mitigating bottlenecks.
- Foster effective cross-functional collaboration with Merchandising, Regional Teams, Logistics, Finance and IT to align demand, supply and systems.
- Drive tool and systems transformation in line with the Maison’s core model, supporting rollout and adoption for RTW and Shoes activities.
Qualifications
- Master’s degree (Bac+5) from an engineering or business school with a specialization in supply chain, logistics or operations management.
- Minimum 10 years of progressive experience in supply chain operations, distribution and production planning—preferably within luxury fashion, apparel or footwear.
- Proven people management experience with capacity to develop managers and lead multi-disciplinary teams.
- Strong analytical and prioritisation skills with demonstrated ability to arbitrate trade-offs between capacity, lead time and inventory.
- Experience managing cross-border logistics and coordination with manufacturing sites and regional distribution centres.

Minimum 10 years of progressive experience in supply chain or operations, including leadership of distribution and production planning activities; prior exposure to luxury fashion or footwear is strongly preferred.
Education
Master’s degree (Bac+5) in Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration or equivalent with a supply chain/logistics specialization.
