Role & Responsibilities
- Welcome and serve clients, providing exceptional brand experiences across all product categories
- Demonstrate sales leadership and manage sales floor efficiency to maximize business opportunities
- Develop and maintain long-term client relationships using advanced clienteling tools and digital platforms
- Support store management with daily clienteling operations and assist fellow client advisors
- Participate in headquarters-based projects aligned with organizational and business priorities
- Manage, motivate, and develop retail teams while establishing individual and team performance objectives
- Identify, recruit, and cultivate emerging talent in collaboration with store leadership
- Proactively assess performance, manage expectations, and drive continuous improvement across store operations
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of professional experience in retail, hospitality, customer service, or airline industries
- Fluent in Italian and English
- Willingness to relocate domestically and internationally (mandatory requirement)
