Louis Vuitton hiring Manager – HRIS (IT) in Hong Kong to oversee HR systems, SuccessFactors platform, and cross-functional IT initiatives.
Role & Responsibilities
- Coordinate delivery of business needs including launch and improvement of HR applications across the enterprise
- Manage fleet of HR applications including SuccessFactors, overseeing evolution of standards and obsolescence management
- Referee and prioritize tasks with Product Owners to balance strategic initiatives with operational requirements
- Co-animate governance rituals including Value Committee (orientation, prioritization, validation) and PI Planning (service roadmap implementation)
- Equip teams with standardized DevOps tools and practices through integration with publishers and partners
- Guarantee alignment between team initiatives and global Louis Vuitton and IS strategy, standards, and best practices
- Carry flow vision and ensure design authority for service reuse, evolution, and API governance
- Animate regional IS HR correspondents across assigned perimeter
- Ensure quality of service, availability, performance, and maintenance of HR application operations
Qualifications
- Minimum 10 years of experience in HR systems, IT operations, or related roles
- Strong knowledge of HR business lines and systems integration (API-type)
- Demonstrated expertise with technical and functional HR tools (Core HR, Onboarding, Recruitment, Performance, Training)
- Proficiency with agile work tools (Jira, Confluence, scrum methodologies)
- Experience managing enterprise HR applications and associated vendor relationships
Skills
Experience
Minimum 10 years of progressive experience in HRIS management, HR IT operations, or systems administration, with demonstrated expertise in managing enterprise HR platforms and cross-functional IT-business initiatives in a global environment.
Education
Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field; advanced certification in HRIS, project management, or related disciplines is advantageous.
