Louis Vuitton HORIZONS Management Trainee — Retail in Kuala Lumpur: 24‑month graduate programme with retail and corporate rotations to develop future store leaders.
Role & Responsibilities
- Complete a structured 24‑month HORIZONS rotation programme encompassing Retail and Corporate placements to develop a 360° understanding of the métier.
- Stage 1 — Retail & Client Discovery (6 months): deliver hands‑on client service, practice clienteling, and support daily store operations.
- Stage 2 — Business Exposure (6 months): contribute to cross‑functional corporate projects, collaborate with stakeholders and gain exposure to strategic and operational functions.
- Stage 3 — Store Management Expedition (12 months): assume increasing responsibility for team leadership, store performance and project management within a retail store.
- Partner closely with Client Relations & Experience, Retail Operations and other retail teams to design and deliver exceptional client journeys.
- Participate in regional projects and engage with the South Asia Zone HORIZONS community, benefiting from mentorship by senior leaders.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or international equivalent.
- Minimum two years of professional experience demonstrating leadership potential and strong interpersonal skills.
- Permanent authorization to work in Malaysia; available to commence full‑time, on‑site in Kuala Lumpur by September 2026.
- Genuine passion for luxury retail and client experience; commitment to building a long‑term career in store management.
- Accountability, intellectual curiosity, resilience, adaptability and a people‑centric leadership approach.

Experience
Two or more years of professional experience (early‑career) with demonstrable leadership potential; prior client‑facing retail or retail‑adjacent roles are advantageous.
