Louis Vuitton seeks a Management Controller in Sarras, France (full‑time) to support site financial control, budgeting and cost optimisation.

Role & Responsibilities
- Monitor and analyse site performance indicators (daily, weekly, monthly) including productivity, financial metrics and sustainability KPIs such as material optimisation.
- Support the Site Finance Manager and local leadership in controlling and reviewing overheads and operational expenses.
- Draft, maintain and ensure compliance with management control procedures; plan and execute periodic internal audits.
- Contribute to monthly closing activities: inventory valuation, OPEX and CAPEX reconciliations.
- Own elements of the budgeting process, ensuring the accuracy and currency of budget data, nomenclatures and product routings.
- Prepare product costing sheets in collaboration with technical teams and propose cost‑of‑goods improvements.
- Identify and drive initiatives to improve site results and cost efficiency.
- Participate in cross‑site and site‑level projects with operations and central control teams.
Qualifications
- Master’s degree (Bac +5) in engineering, business school or equivalent university diploma.
- Minimum of 2 years’ professional experience in management control, preferably within an industrial or manufacturing environment.
- Demonstrated experience in budgeting, cost accounting and financial closing processes.
- Strong analytical and synthesis skills with rigorous attention to detail.
- Proven autonomy, project management capability and ability to work with operational teams on the shop floor.

At least 2 years of experience in management control or a related finance role, ideally in an industrial or manufacturing setting where product costing and operational KPIs are central.
Education
Master’s degree (Bac +5) from an engineering school, business school or university (or equivalent).
