Louis Vuitton is seeking a Management Control Assistant to support project monitoring, control and operational follow-up across its global and European warehouses and Client Care services. The six-month gap-year or final-year internship starts in January 2027 and is based in Paris and Cergy.
Role & Responsibilities
- Participate in monthly closing processes.
- Provide cross-functional support to project teams.
- Support logistics projects.
- Support projects involving E-commerce, Stock, Care Service Center, employee sales and Upcycling.
- Create or update Power BI reports and dashboards covering stock, PCD, WF and FNPs.
- Support the Transport, Supply Chain & Logistics department.
- Coordinate the monitoring of selected expenses within Louis Vuitton.
- Develop an overall understanding of stock management control issues in a logistics and supply chain structure.
- Build relationships with different departments.
Qualifications
- Currently pursuing a fourth- or fifth-year degree in management control or finance.
- Proficiency in Excel; knowledge of SAP and Power BI is an advantage.
- Strong team spirit and service orientation.
- Agility, rigour and high standards.
- Motivation to continue professional development in a supportive and challenging environment.
