Louis Vuitton seeks a Make-up Product Manager in Paris to lead beauty product innovation and marketing strategy aligned with Dame Pat McGrath's creative vision.
Role & Responsibilities
- Develop innovative product concepts for makeup categories and new projects aligned with the Maison's vision, managing the complete product lifecycle from brief through launch
- Drive product development governance, ensuring adherence to timelines and key validation milestones
- Lead end-to-end packaging development in partnership with dedicated teams, defining typology, materials, and components
- Guide aesthetic development through 3D renderings and design iterations while ensuring regulatory compliance and luxury brand codes
- Develop innovative communication strategies and integrated 360° activation plans
- Author activation briefs and supervise campaign execution with internal teams and agencies across art direction, digital, visual merchandising, retail, CRM, PR, and events
- Conduct market and trend analysis to identify future innovations in the Maison's beauty universe
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree +4/+5 (business school, marketing, or equivalent university degree)
- Proven experience in product development and project management within the beauty sector, ideally luxury
- Strong background in strategic and operational marketing
- Genuine passion for beauty and makeup with keen attention to detail and innovation
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Adobe Creative Suite and 3D software experience highly valued
- Fluent in English and French, both written and spoken

Experience
Minimum 3 years of proven experience in product development and project management within the beauty sector, ideally in luxury. Strong background in strategic and operational marketing required.
Education
Bachelor's degree +4/+5 from a business school, marketing program, or equivalent university qualification.
