Maison Host at Louis Vuitton in Kowloon. Full-time on-site role greeting clients, managing queues and delivering exceptional hospitality experiences.
Role & Responsibilities
- Display genuine care, respect and hospitality to all guests entering the store
- Offer warm, friendly and professional greetings to all clients upon entry and departure from the store floor
- Strike conversations with clients waiting in line or expressing curiosity about the store, identifying their interests, lifestyle and specific needs
- Communicate client information to attending Client Advisors and introduce them seamlessly to deliver exceptional client experiences
- Support in managing queues and crowds, ensuring the safety and security of clients at all times
- Graciously address client concerns or issues with empathy and solutions, escalating to management when required
- Share insights with the Operations Manager regarding opportunities to optimize queue experience and management arrangements
Qualifications
- Prior work experience in luxury retail, hospitality, food and beverage, aviation or service industry
- Client-centric mindset with experience engaging diverse client groups
- Resourcefulness and composure under pressure with strong problem-solving abilities
- Strong communication skills and ability to craft engaging narratives about the Louis Vuitton brand and products
- Enthusiasm for luxury, lifestyle and artisanal craftsmanship
- Passionate, energetic and collaborative team orientation
- Excellent organizational and administrative capabilities
- Willingness to work flexible shifts including weekends and event days as required

Experience
Beginner level with preference for prior experience in luxury retail, hospitality, food and beverage, aviation or service-oriented environments.
