Louis Vuitton Maison Host — Kowloon, Hong Kong. Entry-level guest host role delivering exceptional client welcomes, queue management and concierge handovers.
Role & Responsibilities
- Act as the first point of contact for clients arriving at the store, offering warm, professional greetings that reflect the Louis Vuitton brand.
- Manage queues and crowd flow to ensure a safe, comfortable and exciting in-store experience for all visitors.
- Engage waiting clients with courteous conversation to identify interests and needs, and communicate relevant information to Client Advisors.
- Seamlessly introduce and hand over clients to attending Client Advisors and escalate complex concerns to management when necessary.
- Document and share operational insights with the Operations Manager to optimise queue management and client flow during peak periods and events.
- Address client enquiries or concerns with empathy and practical solutions, maintaining composure under pressure.
Qualifications
- Prior experience in luxury retail, hospitality, food & beverage, aviation or high-end service environments is preferred.
- Demonstrable client-centric mindset with ability to engage diverse client groups and deliver discreet, personalised service.
- Strong verbal communication and storytelling skills to present brand heritage and product narratives authentically.
- Calm, resourceful and effective problem-solver with strong situational awareness and crowd management capability.
- Organisational aptitude with competent administrative skills and willingness to work flexible shifts, including weekends and events.
Skills
Experience
Entry-level position; prior work in luxury retail, hospitality, F&B, aviation or other service industries is preferred but not mandatory.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; vocational training in hospitality, retail or customer service is an asset.
