Louis Vuitton Paris: Maintenance and Real Estate Facilities Intern (Alternance) starting November 2026, hybrid work model.
Role & Responsibilities
- Coordinate preventive and corrective maintenance interventions across the headquarters facility
- Monitor energy consumption and usage patterns of building installations
- Manage technical and regulatory compliance controls within the Ogest supervision platform
- Oversee and track Fire Safety System equipment inspections and maintenance
- Participate in the deployment of Schneider's new Centralized Technical Management platform
- Support the implementation of the new GMAO maintenance management system on the Planon platform
- Collaborate with the Maintenance and Real Estate Exploitation team on daily operations and special projects
Qualifications
- Enrolled in Bac +4/5 (equivalent to Master's level) in maintenance engineering or real estate operations
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Familiarity with Power BI tools (preferred)
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work collaboratively within a team
- Proactive, responsive, adaptable, and autonomous work style

Entry-level or beginner experience acceptable; formal maintenance or facilities operations background not required
Education
Currently enrolled in or expected to complete a Bac +4/5 qualification in maintenance engineering, facilities management, or real estate operations
