Louis Vuitton Maintenance & Minor Works Intern in Geneva, Switzerland. Support facilities operations across Central Europe with hybrid flexibility.
Role & Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary point of contact for maintenance and facilities needs across the Central Europe region, liaising with store teams and external suppliers
- Coordinate and follow up on cleaning schedules and both preventive and reactive maintenance activities across all locations
- Contribute to store renovation projects, refurbishment works for international events, and worldwide rollout initiatives
- Support store opening and closing procedures, ensuring compliance with maintenance standards
- Monitor and track maintenance, minor works, and cleaning budget allocations and expenditures
- Coordinate surveys, interventions, and urgent works in retail stores
- Organize tender processes and obtain competitive quotations from external suppliers
- Manage new furniture orders from procurement through delivery
- Supervise production timelines, coordinate deliveries, and oversee on-site installations
- Prepare comprehensive presentations and reports for leadership and cross-functional departments
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Project Management, Architecture, or related discipline
- Fluency in English and French (additional languages are advantageous)
- Strong organizational and project management capabilities
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Solution-oriented problem-solving mindset
- High degree of autonomy and attention to detail
