Role & Responsibilities

  • Act as an ambassador of the brand, delivering an exceptional, personalised client experience at every touchpoint.
  • Welcome clients, identify needs and advise across all product categories to guide purchasing decisions.
  • Develop and nurture long-term client relationships using clienteling tools and CRM to drive loyalty and repeat business.
  • Achieve individual and team sales objectives; be accountable for sales results and contribute to store performance.
  • Collaborate proactively with store colleagues and participate in activities that support overall store goals.
  • Acquire and maintain deep product and brand knowledge to inform client conversations and merchandising.

Qualifications

  • Minimum three years' experience in luxury or premium retail sales, with demonstrable sales performance.
  • Passion for the brand, professional demeanour and strong team spirit.
  • High sense of responsibility and ownership over client relationships and sales targets.
  • Fluent English; proficiency in Dutch is advantageous.
  • Availability to work full time on-site in the Amsterdam De Bijenkorf store.

Experience
