Louis Vuitton seeks a Logistics Team Lead in Paris to manage a 20-person warehouse team, ensuring operational excellence in quality, delivery, and safety compliance.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Lead and unify a logistics team around shared objectives encompassing quality, quantity, and on-time delivery
  • Manage team operations autonomously, establishing clear frameworks, expectations, and performance targets with meaningful context
  • Relay company-wide information essential to team operations and escalate social, behavioral, and operational issues with solution-focused engagement
  • Conduct individual performance reviews, provide constructive feedback, and recognize or redirect performance as needed
  • Administer team documentation including absence management, overtime tracking, and personnel administration
  • Deliver shift briefings and implement order planning and scheduling protocols
  • Monitor and communicate key performance indicators including productivity, process efficiency, delivery timelines, inventory management, resource utilization, quality standards, environmental compliance, and health and safety metrics
  • Maintain and update warehouse reporting and data tracking systems
  • Assess daily team capacity and resource allocation requirements; estimate human resource needs for warehouse operations
  • Identify and implement continuous improvement initiatives within warehouse processes, organizational structure, or operational workflows

Qualifications

  • Minimum 3 years of professional experience in industrial or warehouse environments with hands-on field experience and team management
  • Diploma level 5 or higher (BTS, DUT, Master's degree, or equivalent engineering qualification)
  • Customer-oriented mindset with strong organizational and priority management capabilities
  • Analytical approach with meticulous attention to detail
  • Excellent communication skills and interpersonal awareness
  • Adaptability and responsive decision-making in dynamic environments

Experience
