Louis Vuitton apprenticeship: Logistics Platform Assistant, Paris 1st arrondissement, one-year contract starting October 2026.
Role & Responsibilities
- Serve as primary liaison between logistics service providers and internal clients including creative studios, support departments, and workshops
- Supervise and coordinate logistics partner activities at headquarters, including packaging, pick-up, shipments, and receiving operations
- Prepare and orchestrate shipment of Louis Vuitton products for fashion shows, press days, advertising campaigns, and media shoots across France and internationally
- Monitor shipment progress and track deliveries to their global destinations, with particular attention to high-value consignments
- Create, maintain, and update export documentation including pro-forma invoices, packing lists, ATA carnets, and hazardous materials declarations
- Identify and resolve transport anomalies and disputes in coordination with logistics partners
- Evaluate and optimize transport solutions to deliver optimal cost, lead time, and reliability outcomes for internal clients
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in a final-year Master's programme in Transport and Logistics or equivalent university degree
- Demonstrable prior experience coordinating shipments within France and internationally
- Proficiency in supplier and internal client relationship management
- Advanced Microsoft Excel proficiency; competent with Microsoft Office suite
- Fluent English (spoken and written)
Skills
Experience
Beginner to junior-level experience in logistics coordination, with demonstrated involvement in preparing and managing shipments for both domestic and international destinations.
Education
Currently pursuing or recently completed a final-year Master's degree in Transport and Logistics, or equivalent university-level qualification in supply chain management or related discipline.
Workplace
The successful candidate will be located in Paris, Île-de-France, France.
