Louis Vuitton seeks a Logistics Planner in Florence, Italy to optimize Hub logistics flows and manage supply chain coordination in a hybrid role.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Plan and launch preparation waves while ensuring adherence to the transportation plan and delivery deadlines
  • Optimize the sequence of operational waves to maximize efficiency and resource utilization
  • Coordinate planning activities with Hub stakeholders including Team Leaders and Transport Coordinators
  • Manage daily workload and capacity by adjusting resources based on volumes and operational priorities
  • Collaborate with operational teams to optimize logistics flows and anticipate peak periods
  • React promptly to customer emergencies by adjusting schedules and managing priority adjustments
  • Maintain fluid communication between operational teams and internal clients to ensure responsiveness
  • Ensure consistent 100% service rate delivery across all Hub operations

Qualifications

  • Degree in Economics or Engineering
  • Minimum 3–4 years of experience in production management within modernly structured companies, preferably in logistics
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel
  • Knowledge of SAP management software
  • Deep knowledge of French language
  • Good knowledge of English language
  • Strong organizational and project management abilities
  • Excellent interpersonal and stakeholder management skills
  • Assertiveness and ability to enforce deadlines and standards
  • Flexibility and willingness to travel within Italy and abroad
