Role & Responsibilities

  • Lead continuous improvement and transformation projects across hub and warehouse activities, from problem definition to deployment and post‑implementation review.
  • Define business needs and translate them into technical specifications in collaboration with IT and technical teams; act as the primary interface between business and IT stakeholders.
  • Design, pilot and validate new logistics solutions; organize and monitor testing phases prior to roll-out.
  • Define and implement end‑to‑end warehouse processes, map material flows and identify efficiency gains and requirement changes.
  • Implement activity analysis and operational monitoring tools to measure performance and support data‑driven decisions.
  • Support operational teams during roll‑out: deliver training, manage change and ensure process adoption by warehouse staff and team leaders.
  • Monitor technological and packaging innovations in logistics, propose and deploy innovative solutions to improve throughput, quality and cost.

Qualifications

  • Engineering degree or equivalent specialization in supply chain, logistics or industrial engineering.
  • Minimum of 5 years' professional experience in logistics, supply chain or project management within warehousing or distribution environments.
  • Professional command of written and spoken English.
  • Proven ability to lead cross‑functional projects, with strong analytical rigour and structured problem‑solving.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, team orientation, autonomy and capability to anticipate and organise daily activities.

Experience

Minimum 5 years of progressive experience in logistics, warehouse operations, supply chain or project management, with demonstrated experience leading process improvement or transformation initiatives.
