Role & Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage technical projects related to continuous improvement across global and European warehouses, Client Care services, and subcontractor warehouses.
  • Conduct business and IT project management for all sites, including defining business needs, designing solutions with technical teams, and organizing pre-deployment testing.
  • Ensure clear understanding of logistics flows and manage relationships between business and IT departments.
  • Oversee the implementation of new logistics processes globally, supporting warehouses in adopting these changes and training teams.
  • Participate in the Environmental Management System (EMS), ensuring adherence to Louis Vuitton's 'Le Voyage Engagé' roadmap and promoting environmental best practices.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Supply Chain/Logistics (BAC +5 equivalent).
  • 3 to 5 years of professional experience in logistics or supply chain sectors.

Skills

Proficiency in IT tools, especially Excel and Power BI. Knowledge of Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) is preferred. Fluency in written and spoken English. Strong analytical skills, teamwork, and interpersonal abilities.

Experience

A minimum of 5 years of experience in logistics or supply chain management is required.

Education

Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Supply Chain/Logistics (BAC +5 equivalent).
