Role & Responsibilities

  • Coordinate logistics activities within the One Manuf global project, focusing on lead time reduction and migration to a common core manufacturing model
  • Ensure required service levels aligned with business requirements and client agreements, particularly across production departments, while adhering to company principles, ethics, guidelines, and procedures
  • Guarantee quality and accuracy of shipments for both materials and finished products
  • Plan and manage internal atelier supply and material flow optimization
  • Continuously optimize logistics processes, timelines, and costs while supporting business objectives
  • Manage inventory levels across the facility
  • Handle documentation and procedures for goods movement and tracking
  • Coordinate reverse logistics flows from suppliers and manufacturers, including material disposal and decommissioning

Qualifications

  • Degree in Management Engineering or Mechanical Engineering (preferred)
  • Minimum 10 years of experience in manufacturing or production environments
  • Proficiency in Kaizen and Lean Manufacturing methodologies
  • Strong analytical and process optimization capabilities
  • Excellent team collaboration and interpersonal communication skills
  • Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office suite and SAP
  • Fluent English; knowledge of French is preferred
  • Willingness to travel as required
