Louis Vuitton seeks Logistics Manager in Venice, Italy. Lead supply chain optimization and manufacturing coordination. 10+ years required.
Role & Responsibilities
- Coordinate logistics activities within the One Manuf global project, focusing on lead time reduction and migration to a common core manufacturing model
- Ensure required service levels aligned with business requirements and client agreements, particularly across production departments, while adhering to company principles, ethics, guidelines, and procedures
- Guarantee quality and accuracy of shipments for both materials and finished products
- Plan and manage internal atelier supply and material flow optimization
- Continuously optimize logistics processes, timelines, and costs while supporting business objectives
- Manage inventory levels across the facility
- Handle documentation and procedures for goods movement and tracking
- Coordinate reverse logistics flows from suppliers and manufacturers, including material disposal and decommissioning
Qualifications
- Degree in Management Engineering or Mechanical Engineering (preferred)
- Minimum 10 years of experience in manufacturing or production environments
- Proficiency in Kaizen and Lean Manufacturing methodologies
- Strong analytical and process optimization capabilities
- Excellent team collaboration and interpersonal communication skills
- Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office suite and SAP
- Fluent English; knowledge of French is preferred
- Willingness to travel as required

Minimum 10 years of experience in manufacturing or production environments, with demonstrated expertise in logistics coordination, supply chain optimization, and cross-functional team leadership.
Education
Degree in Management Engineering or Mechanical Engineering preferred; equivalent professional qualification in supply chain or manufacturing management acceptable.
