Logistics Manager at Louis Vuitton in Paris 1er. Oversee exceptional building logistics, lead multi-site operations, and manage complex flows in luxury environment.
Role & Responsibilities
- Define and pilot the overall logistics organization for assigned sites
- Supervise delivery dock operations and all logistics access points
- Organize inbound, outbound, and internal flows for all site-based activities
- Ensure smooth, secure, and discreet management of deliveries, supplies, removals, and exceptional movements
- Design logistics procedures compatible with diverse operational requirements, high site visibility, and exceptional location standards
- Coordinate needs across multiple occupant and operating entities, arbitrating priorities with fairness and responsiveness
- Manage real-time operational contingencies, congestion, delays, non-conformities, and unexpected situations
- Deploy planning, traceability, and performance monitoring tools for modern, precise, and responsive flow management
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations, access protocols, regulatory constraints, and internal standards
- Lead the logistics team with proximity, demand for excellence, and operational excellence
- Contribute to continuous improvement in pursuit of sustainable performance and impeccable service quality
- Support site transition by defining the target logistics model, participating in operational readiness reviews, and establishing procedures and operating rules for seamless opening
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in logistics, supply chain management, or equivalent
- Minimum 5 years of confirmed experience managing logistics for complex, premium, or operationally intensive sites
- Experience in mixed environments including luxury retail, hospitality, department stores, or public-facing properties
- Demonstrated capability to pilot multi-activity flows with high operational standards
- Mastery of logistics management technology tools and strong affinity for digital operational optimization solutions
- Leadership in proximity, strong organizational sense, attention to detail, agility, and operational creativity
- Fluent French and professional English
Skills
Experience
Minimum 5 years of confirmed experience in logistics management for complex, premium, or operationally intensive sites; additional experience in mixed environments such as luxury retail, hospitality, or department stores is highly valued.
Education
Advanced degree in logistics, supply chain management, or equivalent qualification.
