Louis Vuitton Logistics Executive role in Sydney, Australia. Manage supply chain operations across Australia and New Zealand for luxury retail.
Role & Responsibilities
- Manage inbound and outbound logistics, lead-time monitoring, and service partner performance across Australia and New Zealand
- Coordinate with regional warehouses, freight forwarders, and customs brokers to ensure timely and compliant delivery
- Verify import and export entries for accuracy across HS codes, duty rates, GST, INCOTERMS, and all relevant documentation
- Ensure CITES compliance and conduct customs reconciliation in line with Australian and New Zealand regulatory requirements
- Partner with store teams to optimise daily stock deliveries, product rebalancing, and end-of-season retrieval
- Coordinate logistics for new product launches and exclusive Maison events
- Support stocktake operations and identify opportunities for continuous improvement across the supply chain function
Qualifications
- Demonstrated experience in logistics or supply chain
- Understanding of Australian customs regulations and import/export compliance
- Experience with SAP and retail environment advantageous
- Advanced Excel proficiency
- Strong analytical capability
