Louis Vuitton is hiring a Logistics Executive in Singapore — manage South Asia employee sales, inventory & warehouse alignment and support the VP of Supply Chain.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Plan, execute and administer employee/private sales across South Asia in full compliance with internal Private Sales policies; act as the primary contact for employee enquiries and reconciliations.
  • Compile, validate and analyse stock reports to determine eligibility and discount structures; liaise with Supply Chain to confirm availability and allocation.
  • Coordinate warehouse operations and quality checks to ensure alignment between physical stock movements and system records prior to sale inclusion.
  • Develop sales strategies and performance analyses to maximise revenue and employee engagement; conduct post-sale reviews and recommend process improvements.
  • Provide executive-level support to the VP of Supply Chain including calendar coordination, meeting organisation, travel arrangements, expense management and tracking of T&E budgets.
  • Produce accurate reporting and documentation for audits and internal stakeholders; drive cross-functional collaboration with Supply Chain, finance and commercial teams to maintain compliance and operational efficiency.
  • Lead ad hoc projects and operational priorities to support regional Supply Chain objectives.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 3 years' experience in logistics, supply chain, inventory management or business operations; experience in luxury retail preferred.
  • Demonstrable inventory analysis capability and experience coordinating warehouse processes.
  • Proven ability to support senior executives with high confidentiality, reliability and attention to detail.
  • Process improvement mindset with experience implementing or recommending operational enhancements.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with experience fostering cross-functional relationships and managing stakeholder expectations.

Experience

Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration or equivalent vocational qualification preferred.
