Louis Vuitton is hiring a Logistics Executive in Bangkok to manage inbound/outbound shipments, customs clearance and SAP-based inventory processes.
Role & Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end inbound and outbound logistics for leather goods, ready-to-wear, watches and high jewelry, ensuring timely receipt and distribution to stores and regional warehouses.
- Coordinate shipments with regional warehouses, global freight forwarders and customs brokers; oversee transportation, reverse logistics and repair shipments.
- Ensure compliance with Thai customs regulations and tax laws; validate import/export declarations (HS codes, material composition, product descriptions, SKUs, UOM, values, INCOTERM, duty, VAT, Excise).
- Review and verify draft import and export entries prepared by customs brokers to prevent classification errors, shipment holds or penalties.
- Manage CITES permit filing and renewals (including Tourist CITES availability), and handle documentation with government agencies such as Customs, FDA, TISI and Excise.
- Prepare and file invoices, import entries for accounting and payment, and export packing lists and export declarations; verify customs broker billings for accuracy.
- Administer duty drawback processes and follow up on duty refunds with Customs Department.
- Oversee perfume & cosmetics regulatory processes including FDA registration and Excise tax registration, and manage Fragrance Excise registrations.
- Prepare system data for OCPB labelling of Louis Vuitton products and ensure correct product labelling where required.
- Partner closely with store teams and LV zone Supply Chain / Trade Compliance to plan daily deliveries, replenish packaging materials, uniforms and VM props, and support end-of-season product retrieval (OBS) and re-balancing (AVA).
- Organise logistics, transport, delivery arrangements and manpower support for special events and staff sales; coordinate product condition checks and export shipment sorting.
Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years' progressive experience in logistics, inbound/outbound operations and inventory management within fashion, luxury retail or related sectors.
- Proven experience with duty drawback procedures and customs refund processes.
- Working knowledge of customs documentation and trade compliance (HS classification, INCOTERMS, VAT, Excise).
- Proficiency in English with strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Demonstrated ability to operate independently, exercise sound judgment, and collaborate diplomatically with internal stakeholders and external partners.
- Hands-on experience with SAP (distribution module) or equivalent ERP systems.

Experience
Minimum 5 years of logistics experience covering inbound/outbound operations, inventory control and customs compliance; prior exposure to luxury goods (leather goods, watches, jewelry, fragrances) and duty drawback processes preferred.
Education
Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration or a related discipline; professional certifications in customs, trade compliance or supply chain (advantageous).
