Role & Responsibilities
- Connect supply chain forecasting data to warehouse capacity utilization rates
- Define product placement zones and storage optimization strategies
- Provide technical support to the inventory management team
- Analyze current operational flows across receiving, storage, picking, and shipping
- Dimension capacity requirements and identify performance gaps
- Evaluate alternative solutions and quantify operational gains from mechanization, automation, and spatial optimization
- Participate in developing technical, functional, and safety specifications documents
- Support market consultation and supplier quotation comparison processes
- Identify and implement improvements to management tools (Excel, Power BI, Infolog) and existing processes
