Role & Responsibilities

  • Establish the link between supply chain forecasting data and warehouse occupancy rates to optimise space utilisation
  • Define product storage zones and location allocation strategies within the warehouse
  • Provide technical support and training to the stock management team on process improvements
  • Analyse existing operational flows across reception, storage, picking, and shipping functions
  • Determine space and equipment requirements based on volume and flow analysis
  • Evaluate multiple solutions (mechanisation, automation, spatial efficiency) and quantify operational gains
  • Contribute to the drafting of technical, functional, and safety specifications for infrastructure or system improvements
  • Participate in market consultation, vendor evaluation, and comparative analysis of supply solutions
  • Identify and implement enhancement initiatives for management tools (Excel, Power BI, Infolog) and operational processes
