Louis Vuitton Logistics Engineering Intern in Cergy Pontoise – 6-month warehouse continuous improvement role, September 2026 start.
Role & Responsibilities
- Establish the link between supply chain forecasting data and warehouse occupancy rates to optimise space utilisation
- Define product storage zones and location allocation strategies within the warehouse
- Provide technical support and training to the stock management team on process improvements
- Analyse existing operational flows across reception, storage, picking, and shipping functions
- Determine space and equipment requirements based on volume and flow analysis
- Evaluate multiple solutions (mechanisation, automation, spatial efficiency) and quantify operational gains
- Contribute to the drafting of technical, functional, and safety specifications for infrastructure or system improvements
- Participate in market consultation, vendor evaluation, and comparative analysis of supply solutions
- Identify and implement enhancement initiatives for management tools (Excel, Power BI, Infolog) and operational processes
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in an engineering school programme
- Advanced proficiency in written and spoken English
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and Power BI
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities
- Excellent verbal communication and presentation skills
