Role & Responsibilities
- Conduct flow and process analysis to assess current warehouse operations and identify optimization opportunities
- Execute on-site testing with operational teams to validate and refine proposed process modifications
- Assist management in establishing and deploying performance metrics and KPIs for warehouse activities
- Develop training programs and support team adoption of continuous improvement initiatives
- Participate in rolling out solutions to enhance reporting and visibility of logistics operations
- Support the implementation of improvement solutions during the planned relocation and commissioning of the new logistics facility
Qualifications
- Enrolled in an engineering school program with focus on logistics, supply chain, or operations
- Fluent in written and spoken English
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite and/or Power BI
- Strong interpersonal and collaboration skills
- Demonstrated curiosity and agility in problem-solving
