Louis Vuitton (Cergy) seeks a Logistics Continuous Improvement Engineer (apprenticeship) to optimise warehouse flows and stock management.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Conduct detailed analyses of existing warehouse flows and operational processes to identify inefficiencies and improvement opportunities.
  • Assimilate and map stock management procedures and inventory strategies to inform optimization initiatives.
  • Support deployment and continuity of improvement solutions at the new Zéphyr logistics site following relocation of operations.
  • Define, implement and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) for warehouse flows, stock management and inventory accuracy in collaboration with management.
  • Train and accompany operational teams and managers in the roll‑out of process changes and best practices to ensure sustainable adoption.
  • Contribute to the site’s environmental objectives by embedding resource‑efficient and biodiversity‑sensitive practices into improvement projects.

Qualifications

  • Currently enrolled in an engineering school at master’s level (MSc engineering or equivalent).
  • Fluent written and spoken English — mandatory for daily activities and cross‑border coordination.
  • Proven proficiency with Microsoft Office suite and Power BI.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate clearly and deliver training to operational teams.
  • Demonstrated curiosity, agility and commitment to environmental stewardship.
