Role & Responsibilities
- Receive incoming materials and components; enforce delivery‑zone safety and supplier reception protocols.
- Record all daily receipts into the stock/warehouse management system to maintain up‑to‑date inventory levels.
- Put away received materials or route them to quality control as required.
- Perform kitting operations: assemble component kits (metal parts, cut pieces, materials) for internal clients and external suppliers.
- Assemble and pack finished goods or parcels for onward shipment to the Cergy platform, complying with Louis Vuitton quality standards.
- Execute inventory counts and participate in stock‑reconciliation processes; analyse and report stock variances.
- Register and prepare same‑day shipments across subcontracting, sales and finished‑goods streams.
Qualifications
- Enrolled in a logistics diploma/degree (minimum Bac+2) and seeking an alternance (apprenticeship) placement.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to work autonomously and follow precise procedures.
- Rigorous approach to safety and compliance within defined zoning and handling protocols.
- Client‑service orientation and teamwork: proactive, responsive and able to propose process improvements.
- Environmental awareness and commitment to the Maison’s sustainability objectives.

No prior professional experience required; appropriate for candidates at the start of a logistics vocational path or those transitioning into warehouse operations through an alternance programme.
Education
Enrolled in a logistics training programme (Bac+2 minimum, e.g., BTS/DUT or equivalent) and eligible for a work‑study/alternance contract.
