Louis Vuitton Singapore seeks a Logistics & Warehouse Operations Intern for a 6-month PIONEERS program (Jan–Jun 2027). Drive supply chain optimization in luxury fashion.
Role & Responsibilities
- Consolidate and analyze data across WMS, TMS, and OMS databases to identify operational trends and support warehouse performance optimization
- Design and maintain KPI dashboards in partnership with the Senior Warehouse Operations Manager to track key metrics and highlight efficiency opportunities
- Translate complex warehouse data into clear, actionable ad-hoc reports and visualizations to inform strategic decision-making
- Manage end-to-end CITES documentation workflows, including applications, cancellations, renewals, and proactive gap resolution for exotic product shipments
- Support internal sales events by managing inventory in SAP, including post-event processing for ATA Carnets and temporary imports
- Oversee pending incoming shipments across all transportation modes to ensure smooth, on-time delivery into Singapore
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify inefficiencies and champion data-driven process improvements that enhance operational productivity
Qualifications
- Completed at least two years of an undergraduate degree, preferably in Engineering, Computer Science, Business, Supply Chain, or Operations with quantitative focus
- Expert proficiency in Microsoft Excel
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Demonstrated organizational skills with meticulous attention to detail
- Data-oriented mindset with reliability in analytical work
- Ability to work independently, take initiative, and maintain accountability
- Efficient presentation and communication skills with capacity to articulate data insights analytically

Experience
Beginner-level professional experience. Internship-track candidate with foundational understanding of supply chain concepts and demonstrated interest in logistics or operations.
Education
Completion of at least two years of an undergraduate degree program, preferably in Engineering, Computer Science, Business, Supply Chain Management, or Operations discipline with strong quantitative curriculum.
