Louis Vuitton — Logistics and Warehouse Intern (South Asia) in Singapore. Full‑time on‑site internship supporting logistics, warehouse operations and process optimisation.
Role & Responsibilities
- Support end‑to‑end logistics processes for the South Asia zone, including management of CITES shipping documentation, ATA Carnet handling and troubleshooting for exceptions or renewals.
- Reconcile incoming shipments across air, sea and land to ensure timely and accurate delivery into Singapore and alignment with customs and import requirements.
- Manage inventory records in SAP following internal sales events and temporary imports; ensure physical stock movements match system data.
- Aggregate and validate data from warehouse management systems, transportation systems and order management databases to support operational decision making.
- Partner with the Senior Warehouse Operations Manager to develop and maintain dashboards and KPI reporting (warehouse matrix), identify bottlenecks and propose data‑driven optimisation opportunities.
- Produce ad‑hoc reports and clear data visualisations to communicate trends, performance and process improvement recommendations to cross‑functional stakeholders.
Qualifications
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in supply chain, logistics, industrial engineering, business administration, data analytics or a related discipline.
- Detail‑oriented, autonomous and adaptable; able to accept new procedures and work with diverse stakeholders across the zone.
- Proven practical skills in Microsoft Excel; experience with Power BI preferred.
- Basic knowledge of lean methodologies (5S), Six Sigma concepts is desirable; familiarity with Python or R Studio is an advantage.
- Available for a full‑time, on‑site commitment of at least six months (July–December 2026); office location: Pioneer, Singapore.

Entry‑level: suitable for students or recent graduates with academic coursework or practical exposure to logistics, warehousing, supply chain analytics or operations. Prior internship or project experience using Excel and basic BI/data tools is preferred but not mandatory.

Pursuing or recently completed Bachelor's or Master's degree in supply chain, logistics, industrial engineering, business administration, data analytics or a closely related field.
