Louis Vuitton in Munich seeks a Logistics & Operations Intern (internship) starting May 2026 to support supply chain, KPI reporting and store operations.
Role & Responsibilities
- Create and analyse regular KPI reports to monitor store operations and identify improvement opportunities.
- Maintain daily communication with store teams to respond to evolving inventory and supply needs.
- Ensure accurate processing and inventory control of non‑sellable goods and product samples.
- Monitor IT interfaces to guarantee data synchronisation between systems.
- Prepare statutory and compliance reporting for Germany and Austria as required.
- Support preparation and execution of trainings, inventories, audits and back‑of‑house improvement projects.
- Contribute to cross‑functional projects aimed at enhancing operational excellence and store service levels.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a degree in logistics / supply chain management, data science or equivalent.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English and German.
- High level of organisational autonomy, adaptability and a structured approach to tasks.
- Proven proficiency with MS Excel; familiarity with Power BI is advantageous.
- Client‑centric mindset, collaborative team orientation and a proactive attitude.

Experience
Entry‑level; suitable for students or recent graduates. Prior internships or academic project experience in logistics, supply chain, retail operations or data analysis is advantageous but not required.
Education
Ongoing studies or a degree in logistics, supply chain management, data science or a closely related field (or equivalent practical experience).
