Role & Responsibilities

• Support the preparation and management of criminal litigation and enforcement proceedings across European jurisdictions
• Monitor and coordinate with customs authorities and other law enforcement agencies on counterfeiting investigations
• Conduct investigations, prepare expert reports, and assemble evidentiary files for prosecution
• Gather and organize evidence to support enforcement actions and criminal complaints
• Draft and file criminal complaints and civil party constitutions on behalf of the company
• Track and monitor judgments and ensure compliance with legal determinations

Qualifications

• Third-year university degree or equivalent in intellectual property law, industrial property law, or related legal field
• Prior internship or work experience in intellectual property or legal enforcement preferred
• Fluent English language proficiency (written and oral)
• Exceptional attention to detail and strong organizational skills
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple complex cases simultaneously
• Collaborative team approach and proactive problem-solving orientation
