Role & Responsibilities

• Assist the Legal Department with contract management activities across the EMEA retail region (approximately 130 stores in 37 countries), including drafting, review, and analysis of commercial service contracts and supply agreements
• Support contract conclusion, termination, and renewal processes for services and supplies pertaining to store operations across the EMEA network
• Participate in legal review and documentation of construction and renovation contracts for retail store development projects
• Assist with commercial real estate matters, including the drafting, review, and management of commercial leases and sub-leases
• Conduct legal research and analysis on contract law and commercial real estate issues relevant to store operations
• Maintain contract files and documentation in accordance with legal department procedures

Qualifications

• Law degree student (Bac+5 level or equivalent master's programme in business law)
• First significant professional experience in a law firm or international Legal Department is preferred
• Strong written and oral communication skills in both French and English
• Excellent analytical and synthesis capabilities
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite
• Fluent English language proficiency required

Experience

Entry-level intern with prior meaningful internship or work experience in a law firm or corporate legal department preferred; practical exposure to contract law or real estate matters is advantageous.

Education

Master's level legal education in business law (Master 2 en droit des affaires) or equivalent; LLM or specialized master's degree in business school environment is ideal. Law school student status required.
