Louis Vuitton Legal Intern – Business Law and Contracts role in Paris. 6-month full-time placement supporting industrial and logistics legal team.
Role & Responsibilities
- Review, draft, and manage diverse service provision contracts, confidentiality agreements, and documentation related to workshop and logistics centre operations
- Review, draft, and track supplier and subcontractor contracts across all product categories, including General Terms and Conditions (GTC) and Purchase Agreements (PA)
- Assist in drafting industrial contracts of all types
- Conduct transversal legal research in contract law, commercial law, consumer protection law, and environmental law; prepare corresponding memoranda
Qualifications
- Currently pursuing or recently completed Master 2 degree in Private Law, Business Law, or EU Commercial Law; or qualified trainee solicitor (Élève Avocat)
- Fluent English; Italian and/or Spanish strongly preferred
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Demonstrated commitment to confidentiality and intellectual property protection

Entry-level or first professional experience in legal services, contract management, or related legal function preferred
Education
Master 2 degree in Private Law, Business Law, or EU Commercial Law; or equivalent trainee solicitor qualification (Élève Avocat)
