Role & Responsibilities

  • Prepare, cut by hand or with dies, and assemble premium leather materials according to design specifications and established quality standards
  • Execute stitching, coloring, and gluing operations at the production bench with precision and attention to detail
  • Mount and install metal accessories such as buckles and closures to completed leathergoods assemblies
  • Collaborate closely with pattern-making and leather-cutting departments to ensure seamless workflow and product consistency
  • Participate in prototype development and production phases across partner LVMH manufacturing facilities

Qualifications

  • Minimum age of 18 years
  • Completion of lower secondary education (middle school diploma) or equivalent; compulsory education certificate with base competency certification required; alternatively, three years of documented professional experience in the leathergoods sector
  • Demonstrated manual dexterity, hand-eye coordination, and fine motor control
  • Strong attention to detail, precision-oriented mindset, and patience with repetitive craft work
  • Residency or legal domicile in the Tuscany region of Italy
