Role & Responsibilities
- Work alongside master artisans to master leatherworking techniques including cutting, stitching, and finishing
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workshop environment
- Handle all tools and equipment with proper care and safety protocols
- Execute detailed instructions and processes with precision and attention to detail
- Develop foundational artisanal skills through hands-on training in luxury leather goods production
Qualifications
