Role & Responsibilities
- Execute end‑to‑end repair of Louis Vuitton products (handbags, wallets, luggage, trunks) in accordance with brand quality standards and production guidelines.
- Perform sewing, cutting and painting operations as required to complete restorations and refurbishments.
- Operate and maintain manual tools and repair equipment; ensure work area is clean, organized and safe.
- Inspect incoming and completed products to verify conformance to quality and regulatory standards; report discrepancies to the supervisor immediately.
- Maintain meticulous attention to detail throughout the production process and document work as required.
- Contribute to process improvement initiatives and participate in assigned improvement projects.
- Work independently and collaboratively within the Client Care Services production team to meet departmental objectives; perform additional duties as business demands.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Successful completion of a manual dexterity / sewing assessment.
- 0–3 years of experience in leather goods repair, sewing or a closely related production role.
- Demonstrable attention to quality, safety and detail.
- Ability to work overtime as required by business demands and adapt to production priorities.
