Role & Responsibilities

  • Perform end-to-end repairs of Louis Vuitton leather goods (handbags, wallets, luggage, trunks) in accordance with brand quality specifications.
  • Execute sewing, cutting and painting tasks using both hand and machine techniques; operate manual tools and repair equipment safely.
  • Inspect products to verify conformance to strict quality and safety standards and report discrepancies to the supervisor.
  • Maintain a clean, organized and ergonomically safe workstation; participate in continuous improvement projects.
  • Work independently and collaboratively within the production team to meet departmental goals and business demands.

Qualifications

  • High School Diploma or GED required.
  • 0–3 years of hands-on experience in leather, accessory or textile repair (entry-level candidates considered).
  • Successful completion of a manual dexterity / sewing skills assessment.
  • Knowledge of sewing on leather and canvas is strongly preferred.
  • Basic math skills for measuring and basic computer literacy are desirable.
  • Demonstrated attention to detail, quality orientation and commitment to workplace safety.
  • Willingness to work overtime as business demands require.
