Role & Responsibilities

  • Manage alerts from clients and suppliers, promptly resolving any non-conformities.
  • Participate in regular meetings with suppliers to ensure product specification compliance and explore improvement opportunities.
  • Conduct conformity checks against the Maison's technical and durability standards.
  • Perform regular visits to suppliers to verify technical and process characteristics throughout the production cycle.
  • Assess potential product defects and propose technical adjustments.
  • Compile qualitative and quantitative reports on inspections conducted, providing insights on non-conformities.

Qualifications

  • Technical diploma or degree.
  • Previous technical experience in the leather goods sector.

Skills

Excellent knowledge of materials. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite. Analytical skills for KPI collection and interpretation. Proficiency in English and/or French at a B2 level. Strong problem-solving orientation and communication skills. Willingness to travel for short business trips.

Experience

A minimum of 3 years of technical experience in the leather goods industry is required.

Education

Technical diploma or degree.
