Louis Vuitton seeks Leather Goods Artisan in Campllong, Spain—permanent role in luxury leather production at the atelier.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Prepare raw materials including leather, canvas, and textiles to guarantee quality throughout the industrialization cycle
  • Perform production-line operations including edge beveling, splitting, embossing, polishing, thread burning, and application of metal components
  • Assemble finished products using manual and industrial stitching techniques
  • Ensure adherence to quality standards at each phase of the production process
  • Collaborate with team members to meet production targets and objectives
  • Comply with all health and safety regulations and procedures

Qualifications

  • Vocational training (FP) in Pattern Making, Cutting, or Garment Construction, or equivalent technical training in manual and production crafts
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in high-quality manufacturing environments or production lines, ideally in cosmetics, pharmaceuticals, or food production
  • Demonstrated interest in materials, products, and manufacturing processes
  • Genuine appreciation for artisanal craftsmanship and motivation to master specialized luxury leather goods production
  • Availability to work Monday through Friday on rotating shifts (morning: 6:00 AM–2:00 PM; afternoon: 2:00 PM–10:00 PM)

Experience

Minimum 2 years of experience in high-quality production environments or manufacturing lines, preferably in sectors such as cosmetics, pharmaceuticals, or food production. Prior experience in leather goods or textiles is valued but not required; candidates with strong artisanal crafts backgrounds are encouraged to apply.

Education

Vocational training (FP) in Pattern Making, Cutting, or Garment Construction is preferred. Technical qualifications in manual production crafts or equivalent hands-on training are acceptable.

This position is based in Campllong, Girona, Spain, within easy reach of Barcelona.
