Role & Responsibilities
- Contribute to the manufacturing of Louis Vuitton leather goods under the supervision of the team leader, participating in one or more stages of production.
- Operate and maintain production equipment including sewing machines and colouring machines.
- Prepare, cut and assemble materials — leather, canvas and exotic skins — and fit metal components to complete models.
- Follow product-specific quality standards and assist in inspection and finishing operations to ensure conformity.
- Work collaboratively within the production team to meet production schedules and continuous improvement goals.
Qualifications
- Enrolled in or preparing a leather goods qualification (CAP, Bac Pro, CQP, Titre professionnel or equivalent).
- Strong manual dexterity and a demonstrable interest in handcrafted leather products.
- Sense of product quality and attention to detail.
- Ability to work effectively in a team and follow instructions from supervisors.
